Prodiaman and its partners review exploration and development opportunities on existing producing fields and "marginal" oil fields both onshore and offshore Angola.

Prodiaman through its interest in its affiliate, Prodoil Sarl, acquired a working interest in Block 1, offshore Angola in which Tullow Oil, Plc. will be the operator for the project's oil development and exploration program.

Prodiaman has obtained concessions and prospecting licenses to explore for and develop minerals in Angola and has carried out mineral assessment studies. Prodiaman will consider prospective foreign partners seeking to participate in these opportunities.
